Getting HOT out there....

Starting to plan the next race, so stay tuned....I'll do my best to avoid the 100 degree weekends....

There are a lot of good races to go to, at Jackson, Blue Diamond, and Trains and Lanes in the meantime.....

Anybody have an update on Big Head Hobbies?

I see they moved to the other shopping center, but wasn't open as of a few months ago....

Last I herd they still are not open don't know if they will be back open from the sounds of it

I gotta admit, it's hard to get motivated with these temps, but I am still plotting a race soon....Trying to let it cool down a bit before I do....

ditto here...did some work to the VTA car that i'm bummed i didn't try at Jackson

will also do some testing with v208 - so if any of you tekin guys want the new version loaded, come see me..

gotta warn you, once you get v208 loaded - the 'older' hotwire program won't work...when you in the v208 spec mode, you're locked in to the spec mode

as long as the race is not between the 6-15 im good

Beings that I'm trying to get back in again, is there a nitro class? If so, what bodies are allowed?

OOPS!! forgot to check the earlier posts on bodies. FOUNDED IT!! Is everybody running the HPI treaded tires in nitro still?

for vintage Nitro, the only option IS the HPI vintage tires - and i think mostly everyone is running the treaded vs the vintage slicks, i think the treaded ones last a little longer

I was told you are not allowed to run the slicks.
