Just wanted to let everyone know that IRS is producing our own VCS micro shock. We hope to have it available in 5 to 6 weeks. These shocks are made of better aluminum than the ones presently on the market. It is the same aluminum that we make our hubs from. They will feature a 1 piece piston and IRS's own design foam holder. There will be colors available along with some using a new coating that will reduce the wear of the body and oil contamination. There will be 2 piston diameters, 1 stock dia. and another that is 0.005" smaller in dia. so you can make more adjustments. All the pistons will have the new coating on them and be available seperately. They will also fit the other shocks on the market. Feel free to contact me via the web or call for more info. My e-mail is IRSAXLES@Verizon.com and my phone number is 609-476-2371.

I ran a pair of the shocks last weekend at the ORL race at Mushroom Bowl and was very pleased with the performance.Shocks stayed smooth as butter all weekend(ran Sat night and Sun.)I just checked them today and still smooth and not a trace of fluid anywhere. We did find with the tighter tolerances you could go down with the shock oil(I went from 35 to 30).Looking forward to getting another pair(remember Dave I have 2 cars :rotfl: )On another note,I felt a need to try to tear down the wall(Glitched going into turn 2 hung a hard right) at the bowl and these shocks can also take a hit.
