Well, I guess better late then never. There has been alot of work going on at the track Don has been a busy man! It looks like Blue Diamond has teamed up with a local Hobby Shop, G-Force hobbies and will be running races starting next saturday, August 26th. I dont have any details about the racing as of yet, I havent met or talked with the G-Force guys. But as far as the track, it is bigger, wider and smoother than last years HPI event. It should be a pretty fast track.

Dan, there still isnt a ramp but I think that Don has a plan to get something that will work for you. I will know more later in the week.

I hope to see some of you out there next week, it has been a long time.

-Bo

Wow  what a turn out! 50ish entries! Monster Truck and 1/8th scale were the big hitters, but there was gas truck, truggies, and even some electrics. I saw alot of new faces as well as some faces I have seen "around". We had a little stumble early when the rain fell and left some puddles, but they were swept away, the track soaked up the rest and the result was a fantastic surface for racing. Thanks everyone for showing up, hope to see everyone there next saturday. And I cant forget, thanks Don and Blue Diamond for providing a great track to race on, and John, Paul and GForce hobbies for running a great race! I also have to throw in a thanks to Drew for the over the phone tech support for a couple Jlap problems that showed up :) . gotta go to work now :(
